    Best Mexican food in the Hillsboro area, if you like Americanized Mexican, which I do. Friendly, attentive staff. Great chips and salsa. Very predictable quality. Also a very quick place to have a sit down meal if you are in a hurry. Highly recommend.

    Food comes out steaming hot so be very careful! We waited ten minutes for our food to cool down. Aside from that everything else was great!

    QUICK SERVICE, the staff is friendly. Food was good, portion sizes are good. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 was prices. They're a little bit steep. A regular margarita is $11.00. Gotta make them stronger at that price so I don't mind the price of the bill for the food. Just saying...

    I love Juan Colorado's! The chicken enchiladas are awesome! Cheese only, no sour cream. I love their huge margaritas and the friendly staff. I feel like mom cooked for me and I am always satisfied and full when I leave. A huge thumbs up to my favorite Mexican food place!!
