McDonald's

Edit: this McDonald's has gotten a new manager since my original review. The difference is astounding. Staff is friendly, they listen, and I never have to check my bag to see if the food is right anymore. Going to get dinner from here is no longer a hassle or bad experience. They definitely deserve a better review than what I originally gave. It's amazing what a good manager can do!

Old review: Easily the worst McDonald's in Hillsboro. Rude staff that doesn't pay attention to your order, cold food, and a 45 minute wait. Rarely when I've been there have they gotten my order correct. Don't waste your time.

Very efficient, quick service. One of the better McDonald's I've been to. Great employees.

Absolutely middle of the road McDonald’s, serving McDonald’s brand food.

Personal advice, if you have a car, use the drive through, if you’re on foot then order to-go. The lobby is constantly dirty, other customers tend not to be polite, staff tries their best but is constantly swamped.

The location is very much in need of a jump to the 21st Century regarding their tech. Many of the other McDonald’s in the area have upgraded to include a computer to order from so the workers can focus more on the new mobile orders. Here they lack it, and McDonald’s forcing them to deal with mobile orders at the same time, so please be kind to your cashier, they simply can’t be expected to keep up with the chaos they’re put through.

Come here almost everyday for lunch extremely nice ladies working the drive thru and always fresh golden fries! Not sure why but this location has the best fries period! Super fast too!
