First 100% Vegan Eats in Hillsboro!!!

Love this place, ordered a bunch of different stuff the first time, don't remember all of it right now but will update soon with it. The Impossible "Beef Rolls" are great and not too spicy, fwiw. They are quite large too and don't skimp on the filing. My wife can't eat any spicy food and she was able to eat the Beef Rolls and will get them again. Also the plain coconut roti are loved by our kids too, as they don't eat spicy either. I liked the chili roti, which have a perfect kick!

I've been here twice now and both times I have not been disappointed. First time I had the Deviled Pork and it was very good but pretty spicy (I'll do mild next time). It was enough for 3 meals for me! Tonight I went for the Yellow rice with curry combo. Everything is so tasty! The meatball curry, the potato curry, the dhal and the seeni sambol. All delicious. They're pretty quick too, only about 20 mins each time. Can't wait to try more of their dishes.

Absolutely delicious food, and they don't hold back on the spice and flavor! Our favorite is the deviled pork, and the deviled tofu is delicious too but it seems like the pork is more plentiful. The Kotu is delicious too, as is everything else I've gotten there. What a wonderful tasty option for vegans and non-vegans in Hillsboro!

My husband and I stopped here on a whim and we’re both so glad we did! This was our first time having Sri Lankan Cuisine and boy did it hit the spot!!!!! We ordered the build your own Kottu for the two of us to split. The flavors were fantastic and I could barely stop myself from eating as I write this review!

Ro, who was working the shift today, was enthusiastic and so helpful in providing suggestions and insights into what we might order. You could easily tell she really loves the food she serves!
