New Dragon Fountain Restaurant

I've been going here since I was a kid! Been a long time since I came back, and I was super happy that nothing had changed! Still the same delicious food that came very quickly! ❤

There is no dragon fountain. I was hoping for a dragon fountain.
The orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken are the same bits of chicken with excessive batter and two different sauces and no other ingredients. The hot and sour soup was good and rich with stuff in it. It was a little darker than I am used to and some of the bits were crunchy. I ordered a large bowl and except for one cup my wife had I ate the entire bowl. The pork chow mein consisted of crispy fried noodles, onions, celery, and little bits of pork is a clear sauce. The pork fried rice consisted of rice and little bits of pork. This place has good prices. Ordering two combinations and the soup we ended up with a full single meal of leftovers. I wish their entrees had a greater assortment of ingredients. I would suggest the kitchen staff take some hints from the style of cooking and ingedients at Panda Express and PF Chang's. This place is advertised as a restaurant and lounge but had a limited drink selection and no drink menu.
This place was not that clean and kept, of note the floor carpet was blackened from traffic and potentially lack of cleaning. This restaurant needs to hire a professional cleaning staff and a carpet cleaner. The carpet likely needs to be replaced. The booth seats were in good order and we're not torn up unlike some other restaurants.

It had been a while since I had been here. I'd driven by them many times in the past 25 years. I finally stopped and had a meal.

I ordered the Three Crown meal. It comes with shrimp, chicken, BBQ pork and veggies. I asked if scallops could be added, and she asked "how many" (a "yes" answer, if you were to ask me), and 8 scallops were added. The food was excellent, just as I remember it always used to be.

The inside of the restaurant was neat, clean, quiet and peaceful, as I remembet it. No loud noises from the back. I did not wait a long time for the food to cook.

I took half of my meal home and had a late dinner. I'll be back.
