Food always good. Top notch yummy. cost a bit more, but dang..... can you put a price on satisfaction!........ yes, its $14

This location is close to my work so I go occasionally. The only time I ever have an issue is when I order the mac n cheese. I LOVE it, but it's always cold and the noodles don't quite feel cooked through. I keep getting it hoping that it was a fluke, but I've had more cold Mac than not in the last 2 years. The sandwiches and soups I get as a pick 2 are always hot and fresh so this seems to be isolated to just the Mac. The staff are usually friendly and quick to take my order.

Love the self serve kiosk and ability to order on advance if desired. My bowl was very tasty and I would visit again.

The food was OK... I had tuna salad. Not a big fan of "chunk lite" tuna. White albacore is much better and not much more expensive. Broccoli cheddar soup was very good. Prices were about right for Panera. Kiosk ordering was tedious and slow on paying. CC reader had a lot of trouble reading on at least two orders, no chip reader or tap to pay. Standing in line would have been faster.

I LOVE Panera, but.. I ordered for pick up today and had my husband get it for us. He came home and they didn’t have my sandwich in the bag. Wasn’t that big of a deal. My husband went back and showed them the bag and the receipt to get my sandwich. He came back home (not knowing what I get he assumed they fixed the problem) . They only gave me half of the sandwich that I ordered.. so back he goes again to get the other half of my sandwich. I wasn’t to upset it’s just slightly annoying when you pre pay 10+ dollars for something and it’s not in the bag. Then they only give you half. Again, I like this place so I will give them another chance but not very happy with my order today unfortunately.
