    I have been enamored with the Top Burmese restaurants since my first visit to their 23 Ave. Portland location. I appreciate how each maintains a consistency of excellent food and graciousness. When I heard there would be a location so close to my home, I was thrilled.

    I'm pleased to report that on their very first day, the samosas and wings, the people, the ambiance, and the staff-chosen soundtrack all share the signature combination of quality.
