Zero Degrees

I was pleasantly surprised by 2 things: their unique menu of drinks that are not commonly offered by Asian cafes and the split cup where you can get 2 different drinks in the same cup. I also really like that there is a reusable cup option for those of us concerned with plastic consumption.

I had the strawberry lychee and the strawberry horchata with honey boba, which had the perfect chewy texture and sweetness. The only downfall is you cannot customize the sugar levels in the drinks.

So zero degrees gets their 3 stars based exclusively on their drinks. The 2 drinks ordered were the Pink lychee blended and the camo matcha blended. The drinks were executed perfectly. The flavors and textures were perfect. That is where the stars end. The counter person was less than friendly and less than helpful. She seemed annoyed more than anything. It was our 1st visit to zero degrees and we didn't know how things worked there so we had questions and she didn't seem like she wanted to help us. We won't be going back. It just wasn't worth the cost.

I don’t recommend the tea drinks. Has a strong perfume-y taste to it. Cute little place. Next time I’ll try the smoothies. Great customer service!
