Burgerville

Gluten free hamburgers, Pacific Northwest specific eats, and handmade milkshakes. Need I say more? Costs a bit more but worth the money. We love to stop in whenever we are driving back from Portland.

So my last experience wasn't 5 stars but when I called to complain about my order not being correct they were quick to fix the situation. I've ate here many times with no issue. I order a burger with no pickles and it had them (I can take them off) but it was my fries without the sauce that led to me calling. I said yes to having it but no where in my bags did it exist. I called and they resolved the issue by providing a refund. I can appreciate their quickness to resolve the issue and letting me know, my feedback would be passed on. So it seems someone made a simple mistake.

Love our local Burgerville!! Locally owned, locally resourced foods, amazing food, great selection, great prices, great workers. Forget the big chain burger joints, you get much better food here and you are truly buying local.
