    Three words: Golden California roll. MY GOODNESS. As a transplant from Seattle with very specific favorite sushi spot, I was scared I wouldn't find a sushi restaurant that hits the spot. The food and service here is awesome and they're also great for take-out. If you order take-out, you can either call or if you don't want to talk to a human you can just order via Grub Hub or Door Dash.

    Absolutely recommend this sushi bar. One of best chefs in Oregon is here!

    We had a wonderful dinner at Bethany Sushi. Everything was very fresh and they had a lot of creative rolls on their menu. Our favorite was the Sake Bomb roll. We even ordered one to take home to have it later! This a great family owned restaurant.

    Pretty good food, not expensive. Also you can watch a game here in peace.

    The food is delicious and the sushi chefs are very knowledgeable about the menu. Best sushi I have had! They have some delicious vegetarian options too. There is a TV with sports channels for those who like that :)
