Shari's Cafe and Pies

It took forever to get our food. Once it did come some orders were hot while some were cold. One of the orders did not come with what was ordered. But the upside is they comp my meal for being cold. Made up for the missing items and did it all with a smile and no complaint.

The service here is great, and the servers are extremely nice! The food is mouth-watering and the buttermilk pancakes are great! I'd recommend this shari's to basically anyone and leave a good tip whenever i can!

Great service but the waitress seemed a little stressed. Food was normal Shari, lots for sugars and fats. But that is what we are looking for at Shari.

It’s a below average place to eat. Service was slow. This isn’t an Olive Garden or a Red Lobster so I don’t know why you’d come here and wait for an hour to start eating. And it wasn’t even busy to begin with. Honestly they seemed short staffed especially on a late Sunday morning/early afternoon which is a prime time. Which is why I am a little forgiving for the three stars. I never received utensils to eat my meal. Was never offered a refill on my beverage. The wrong order was given to us initially. But once we got our food it was delicious. They’re better than any Village Inn I’ve eaten at.
