(December 9, 2019, 4:43 am)Mostly empty entrees. Staff said at least 16 minute wait. Staff busy filling online orders. Too busy to even ask if it was to go and just assumed (was not, we were eating in but there were no trays to use). Garbage overflowing. Vegetables and noodles were cool. Teriyaki chicken luke warm. Overall this was very disappointing for a normally well managed eatery.

All other locations have been great, maybe it was just me but the food was not as good as I am used to, it was not so fresh or as hot. It could of been the time of day not sure. Beijing beef was on the cold and hard side. Rice not as warm.
