“Knowledgeable staff, for the most part. This was a first time experiencing Firenza. I am a Mod pizza fan, after discovering it a little over two years ago, but, I probably will be switching to Firenza. Good selections of toppings, nice sized pizza. I always get Double Dough pizza, and when its cooked, it's usually cooked for too long (this is a preference of mine, as I like more doughy than crispy) I get a mountain of toppings, and cooked the same amount of time as a standard 10". This was PERFECT. Long story short, great food, great staff.”

“Nice McDonald's, as far as they go. They just remodeled the play area which is the only reason we come here on rainy days. Everything appears to be the way it should in a McDonald's. That being said I find the new customer check out kiosk "systems" total nonsense and when I came in with my hands full with two toddlers the "cashier" directed (forced) me to use a kiosk. So I was made to ring in my own order while she stood and watched. It took me about 2 or 3 minutes to navigate through all the menus and select 1 kids nugget happy meal. I am a tech savvy individual. This idea of a corporate entity forcing their labor costs on unsuspecting families while they cut costs and pay their employees minimum wage is only going to continue. The Walmart I sometimes shop at removed all but a few actual cashier lanes and replaced the rest with self check kiosks, 20 or more in a row. I wish they would just hire another cashier. Soon we'll be making the food ourselves. At least give me the option to wait in a line and interact with an actual person.”

“Clean, friendly and fantastic authentic Mexican food. Their food tastes just like it does when you are in Mexico. The daily specials really help a tight budget and their menu is quite extensive including seafood. You can have a whole fish cooked to your specifications , tacos galore, burritos, breakfast or just a snack.Make sure you try their horchata, best I have had in the states. I try to eat there at least twice a week.”

“I wish I could leave a five star. And I actually could if we’re going just on the food. They are absolutely amazing and delicious the best tamales in Portland hands-down. But every time I’ve ever gone in and meet the owner (the husband) He is not very nice. He has an underlining attitude and tone of sarcasm that’s not funny. I went in today and I accidentally said enchiladas instead of tamales but he corrected me very quickly and we got past it. Came home and one of the plates did not have the correct tamales on it. My husband called Into let him know we spent a good chunk of money on two meals and one of the plates was incorrect.he is not very nice. He was extremely rude about it and mentioned how I didn’t even know what I was talking about in the first place. I love the tamale House and their food is amazing but the customer service definitely needs a little help”

“Food was delicious and the sushi tasted so fresh. My wife hates calamari but she was actually able to eat it from here and enjoyed it! Major plus from me to you guys. Pork was moist and not dry and shriveled like some other places I have been to. Selection is a little sparse but the quality makes up for the lack of quantity. Price was a little high for the dinner selection in my opinion (17.99 per person) but its wasn't a huge complain in the end. Only complaint was the clams and oysters were cold and needed a splash more of butter, they were pretty bland. Sesame balls were a bit dry to the tongue but the bean paste was good. Definitely coming here again when we want a buffet. Lunch is 11.59 if I remember correctly.”

“I just wanted some good tasting food after a long day of physical work in a quiet place. Something beyond the usual burgers and fries and saw Ichi Teriyaki from Pac Highway. After ordering the beef, chicken combination dinner with rice and these things that looked like pot stickers, I was in heaven. They cut the chicken and beef in little strips, it was tremendously delicious, I ate every morsel, plus there was egg wanton soup for free and i ordered some hot tea also. I loved the beautiful relaxing piano music in the background, this was special. It was a beautiful, quiet and delicious experience!”

“Mongolian BBQ has been my favorite restaurant really. A perfect getaway from the kids! I love to watch the "Grill Guy" cook my food! Its so COOL! Great food and great prices. “Going to give a 5! Live close to this location but have only ordered a couple of times in the last 2.5 years. Tonight I tried to order online but it got messed up. I therefore called the store and spoke to a very polite woman. She took my order of a pizza with two salads and I was to pick it up. After I got home, without checking my order I realized I had only one salad. When I called to inquire, I was immediately connected with the store manager who offered to credit my order after checking it and apologized for the confusion. Very much appreciated in today’s atmosphere of simply saying, “Oh, sorry...” without any retribution whatsoever. You have earned my business, thank you!!!”
