“If I was just rating the food it would get a 5/5. Food is really good. We’ve tried a variety of menu items and we’ve yet to have one that wasn’t good. But the service- every time, is so slow and less than friendly. Maybe it’s just bad luck? We were in this afternoon and finished the complimentary chips and salsa before anyone acknowledging us. Our order came incorrect/ missing an item. We were charged incorrectly but ended up just paying it as is because we didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes for a check. They were busy but not full, of anything just understaffed. Like I said, great food. Maybe the service is just bad luck on our part. Nonetheless I’m sure we will be back.”

“I had a surprisingly good tropical IPA and rib sandwich here. Service was good, food was delicious and beer hit the spot. I had their spicy ribs sandwich with extra jalapenos, and it was more than I could finish. The burgers here are all half pound, and look huge. This would be a great place to go if you were really hungry. I will be going back for sure.”

I had to bite my tongue as to not blow the otherwise great evening. Suggest practice "reading the table" Definitely recommend spending a few hours at enjoying the food, drink, and mood. “A great authentic Mexican restaurant! Its small and right next door to a cannabis dispensary so you're greeted by the smell of good food and weed right when you walk in! There's inside seating where they bring you chips and salsa, I ordered the chicken enchiladas and I was not disappointed as can happen all to frequently up here in Portland. Their food was fresh and delicious just like I remember when I was a kid. Nothing will beat my Hispanic grandmother's cooking but this place comes close! Being a Mexican myself I tend to discriminate against unauthentic Mexican food. This place passes my test with flying colors!”

“My colleagues and I love going to this great little Mexican restaurant. Parking is plentiful, although getting into the lot may require driving south on 99. The service is fast and the prices won't break the bank. Not to mention they give decent sized portions. I've had their tacos, enchiladas and chicken salad. All three have been filling and very good.
