This is a nice little place to eat or grab a drink! Just had their Eggs Benedict for breakfast, which they so kindly added tomatoes for me instead of ham and it was so good!
We passed through Oregon today on our way from Sacramento to Vancouver. I have to admit, I wasn't sure about this place when we came in. It was just before lunch on a weekday and the place was completely empty.
I could not have been more wrong. The server was very friendly and helpful. She helped me through choosing a meal and I wasn't disappointed! I can't remember her name but she mentioned that she from Louisiana. She was fantastic, keep her.
The burger was legit one of the best I've ever had. Well-presented, flavorful and HUGE! The fries has a seasoned coating on them which gives them a bit of extra flavor.
Fantastic spot, absolutely recommend!
Stop by here on our way home to Victoria, BC. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was very fresh and tasty. I highly recommend them if passing by.
This little-known gem highly surpassed expectations.
I recently stayed at the adjoining Holiday Inn hotel and decided to eat in the restaurant more as a default. How pleasantly surprised I was to find a modern restaurant with a menu with variety to suit different tastes and diets. Even more outstanding was the quality of food once it was served! I had a chicken, pear, and apple salad with a spicy berry vinaigrette that is truly one of the tastiest salads I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant! Not to mention it was a very large portion. I also wanted a healthy appetizer and asked if they had some sort of hummus plate (which was not listed on the menu). The server was very pleasant and told me they’d be happy to prepare one. Generous portions of fresh veggies, pita bread, and hummus with a dollop of pesto made it refreshing and delicious. Prices are on par with restaurants in and around the Portland area - my salad and hummus plate with a soft drink was $29. I will happily seek out this restaurant for a meal in the future when working/traveling in the area.
