Pho Brothers

I used to only be able to get Pho when I visited my friends in central Oregon. Now I go whenever I want and I love it!
It's so good. If your trying it for the first time ask for the #8...you won't be disappointed ????

The food is fantastic, very flavorful! I've eaten here twice and both times the food has been excellent. Food arrived at the table within a reasonable amount of time after ordering. I had a different waitress each time I dined. The restaurant was busy when I went the first time for lunch. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. And after eating I had to ask the waitress for my bill and a left over box. The 2nd time I ate there was around dinner time. The food was great but the waitress did not give me utensils. I got up out of my seat and walked over to the utensil box. As i reached for the silverware the waitress noticed me and showed me where the pre-rolled silverware was and gave me some. The restaurant was not busy but I had to get out of my seat again after eating to ask the waitress for my bill and a left over box. So I think the wait staff could be better trained. But other than that the food is good and it's nice to have a Vietnamese option in town.

Their food is alright for McMinnville although it's not too consistent. We usually order to go. One time it's great, next time you wonder why you wasted your money. Last time we ordered to go the bill was $26.35 but when it hit our bank they had put an extra $9 on it. It wasn't a tip as we always leave them in cash.
If we go back we will only use cash.

This was great! The broth has great flavor and is gluten free. Comes with rice noodles which are also gluten free. Everything seemed very fresh veggies that came with it.

Will be going back for sure!

Very good and flavorful food however today at lunch was pretty slow. Most of the tables were full so I understand if they were busy but it took over 30 minutes for us to get our food and additional wait for the check and then it took quite a while for the waitress to assist us with checking out. Overall we enjoyed it but I would not recommend going if you are on a short lunch during a workday.
