The Diner

Oh my goodness, what a delicious meal! Everything was cooked just right. Most everything is made right there so it comes to you fresh. The Tomato Soup was soooo good, and the Grilled Vegetarian sandwich... can't be beat. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely go back for more of this wonderful food.

The food is excellent. They make their own food, example their own sausage using locally grown and butchered hogs. Be careful though, there is frequently a half an hour wait during the busy times. Plan on extra time to get a table.

I was told by a barber two towns away, to go to this restaurant if I wanted high quality Farm To Table food. And I am very thankful. Making there own breads, and curing there own meats, they really do it all. Locally sourced, and then put together with love and skill, the from scratch foods are all you could want. Very friendly and knowledgeable service includes being able to tell you about where the food was sourced and how it came together. I will never forget my visit.

Great little diner. The Mac n cheese was DELICIOUS. It has a white cheese sauce, and you can add bacon. ???? They do sell out, so be prepared with a back up option in the event they don't have it. The biscuits and gravy are really good, and the Reuben is perfection. I need to branch out and try more, as they have tons of other options; but, with three solid diner staples you can't go wrong.

Popped in here by recommendation by a local gal at the hotel and it was fab
