    Great BBQ! The owner was very friendly and the ribs were delicious. I was honestly skeptical about barbecue this far north but I was blown away with how good it was!

    Fresh Texas BBQ,best I've had in the tri state area,real authentic flavors ,lots of fresh side dishes,solid quality food at a reasonable price.Why take the trip to Texas when you can get the very best right here in beautiful, historical Gettysburg.This place delivers the real deal !Don't wait or hesitate,come out and get a plate !!!

    Authentic Texas BBQ with some additional menu items for Central Pennsylvania. The brisket and the pulled pork are totally legit. The owner is a Texan who knows how to smoke meat. The sauces are also amazing, made from scratch. If you're craving some smoked goodness, make your way to Gettysburg.
