Gettysburg Family Restaurant

The food is amazing! The coffee is overflowing! The price is perfectly affordable. This is where the locals go. Great service in a clean and comfy atmosphere.

The food is average with large portions with a reasonable price. All of their soups are A+ and their SOS gravy with their breakfast potatoes are banging. I tried some of their other food but didnt care much for it. The soup of the day or their breakfast is only real reason I swing in now and then. Also some of their waiters and waitresses are super friendly and kind.

A local in the area recommended the Gettysburg family restaurant and I'm glad they did! My server was good. I had the steak and eggs And both were cooked exactly as I asked. Such a wonderful place. If your in gettysburg stop in for some good food!

A nice find for a great meal. The restaurant is located in strip stores set back from the main road. Stopped in for dinner and was seated very quickly. We both had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy it was excellent. Good sized portions also and didn't have to ask for coffee refills. The server was really down to earth and made you feel comfortable. Very clean, reasonably priced and plenty of parking. Really worth the stop.

I am rating Gettysburg Restaurant for what it is, a well-run, good bang for your buck, family oriented diner. It's a no nonsense, just put the food in my plate kind of place. Nothing fancy on the menu. No fancy decor. A slice of Americana in an every day mall. It's very good at being a diner. Don't expect French or Asian dishes. Eggs I we easy, hash browns, crisp bacon and a good cup of coffee is what they serve and what you'll get.
