Pigeon Bagels

The garlic sea salt, Eeeveeerything and plain all worth it. The cream cheese is quite good and i am not much for said spread normally. Way better bagels in a ' hood that deserves a proper bagel. Not inexpensive. Limited options at this time and hopefully they plan to add.

Amazing bagels. Garlic and sea salt may just be the best bagel I’ve ever had. Really quick service and a super clean establishment. No seating but it’s all good! Wonderful addition to squirrel hill :)

These bagels are amazing. I had them a couple of times at local coffee shops and they were very good- but in the store- and I’ve been there twice since they opened- they are so fresh they are still hot.

The toppings (seeds etc) are abundant on both sides of the bagel. The taste and texture are spot on.

My only compliant is the price. $2 for a single bagel is higher than you pay in New York City !! and twice what any place in PGH charges. But honestly, I will pay it because they are that good.

Also- they had bags of day old bagels half price. So if you are budget conscious I would suggest going in a grabbing a bag of those. We got a bag of the day old to freeze and then just a couple (okay a half dozen!) of the fresh to have right away.

I have not yet had any of the sandwiches but have tried some of the cream cheeses- herb, beet, and plain are all great; the fig and honey though is super special and not to be missed!!

went and picked up the “classic lox” and “veggie” sandwich on the garlic salt bagel to bring to the pool today.

they were the perfect treat! not to mention being fueled by their delicious Redhawk iced coffee.

and the entire staff were smiling and sweet, even during the rush of the day! definitely my new spot.

Wife and I went for their grand opening and we both loved it! Best bagels we've had in Pittsburgh. Right up there with the quality of New York bagels, if perhaps just under. Nice atmosphere at the shop, though no seating. Great vegan options as well if that's your thing, for both spreads and extras for their sandwiches. Definitely highly recommended!
