“Pita Paul’s Gyros is a casual restaurant that is in the food court of Ross Park Mall. It sells not only gyros but also salads, rice, burgers, hotdogs, fries, etcetera. During Lent, this restaurant offered a Lenten menu, and I ordered some foods from it. The employee promptly and politely served me. I thought that the hummus, pita bread, shrimp, fries, and pierogies tasted very good.”

“So this place can be great, but it's hit or miss. Lately, there seems to be missing ingredients (for example, I ordered pints of Graham Central Station a couple times and there was absolutely none of the graham cracker swirl, which is my favorite part). Also, the portions are sometimes ridiculously small and they're not consistent. I can get 4 scoops of ice cream one day, and it almost fills up a pint container. The next time I ask for 4 scoops, I get a small little container that looks like a child's size and can't be more than 2 scoops. The ice cream is good when it's made with the advertised ingredients, and when you get the expected amount. It's tough to spend $15 on ice cream for 2 people to walk away feeling ripped off, though. (For what it's worth, I've noticed that a woman who I believe is the owner seems to be the one who always gives us the REALLY small portions. She's nice, but I hate when she waits on us because I know I'll walk away annoyed.)”

“I loved this cafe! It can get busy fast with limited seating/parking but the service and quality food will make it worth it. “Ever since Gyro & Bakery opened, we've been coming back for more! The food is of the highest quality, fresh, juicy, flavorful and yummy, no matter how you slice it. The owner likes to personally greet the patrons, talk to them, listen to their stories, and welcome them to his restaurant. Did I mention the food is absolutely delicious? Freshly baked pastries, hot pita bread, simple but very delicious salads and appetizers are just a foreplay before the main course, which comes in a wide variety of mouthwatering lamb, beef, chicken or vegetarian gyros, sandwiches, wraps or kebabs. “I believe they just opened this week and my husband and I sat at the bar. The training team was in From Cleveland so the banter at the bar was very entertaining! The flights were good and I watched the bartenders make enough, I feel I could jump behind the bar and make some 🤣 I ordered the bowl and it came out with a flimsy spork…like it was in the verge of snapping. I spoke to the lead trainer and asked what the deal with the sporks were… his name was Nick and he personally spoke to the owner and they are going to order quality forks for the bowls! All you have to do is ask! Such a chill experience and a good addition to the Mall restaurants! Thanks Nick and your training crew! Sorry about your Browns! 🙃”

“The chicken strips are pretty tasty. The weight is a little long but that’s OK because they’re cooking them fresh for you as you order them. There are so many sauces to choose from and all of the ones that we had were delicious! The mad fire sauce was the only one that wasn’t really for me but the regular mad sauce was pretty awesome! We also tried the garlic Parmesan, honey garlic, smoky barbecue and all of those were wonderful as well”

“Great to see a locally owned establishment following the "new" rules and doing the right thing! Was in on both Friday and Saturday evening and everything was fantastic, the food, the staff , atmosphere , and the social distanced environment. Seems they added more patio seating in the back and a tent out front to help accommodate and adapt. On Saturday I believe the owner(had a mask on so not 100% ) even waited on us jumping in to help the staff . We have spoken with him on several occasions prior in passing and you can really tell he cares about his staff and the business. I applaud him for taking the safety precautions for his customers/community and the staff! Your doing all the right things and we will continue to patronize a business who cares and even after all this is over you have all our business and our fellow neighbors too, THANK YOU!”

“Very nice! We love seafood, and there were never any good seafood boil places near us. I’m glad they put this spot up in McKnight! All their seafood is throughly cooked, tastes fresh and is seasoned well. The first time we had some take out, the sauce was delicious yet there wasn’t much of it in the bag. However the second time around, there was the perfect amount of sauce and it made our meals even more delicious! Can’t wait to come dine in!”
