The building is cool and the food is okay. I'd be happier if the barmaids were a little more attentive.

I love this place!!! When I am in Beaver, this is the place for lunch or dinner or listening to music on a Friday night. Friendly people, love the bar tenders, and the old-fashioned real food. My favorite - country fried steak with mashed potatoes all smothered in gravy. Real mashed potatoes. Real green beans. Delicious. "Heavenly home cooked," I call it. I love to sit at the bar and unwind my mind after a busy day and fill my hungry belly! I will be back here again and again and again. Thanks for being so awesome.

Food was great! Service was good but very busy. Band was awesome!!

Disclaimer: I like dives. The bar is comfortable for watching a Pens game or catching a live accoustic show, however, The Hole is what it is. The outside deck renovation is money well spent and is very nice for those who smoke and those who do not (inside is smoke free). Good selection of beer and liquor and the food menu is what many would call, "typical bar food" that is done a whole lot better than most. Recommended.

Great prices, good food, generous portions. They have the best onion rings! It's worth stopping there just for a plate of onion rings. I've liked everything I've tried so far.
