The Union Hotel

Dining here exceed my expectations. A must visit if you are in the area. Service was world class. My Delmonico steak was cooked perfectly and needed no sauce because it was also perfectly seasoned. My wife's sea bass was also beautifully plated and delicious. The baked Alaska for dessert was also probably the best I have ever had. The establishment itself is bright, cheerful while still elegant enough for a fancy date night. I am reccomending dining at the Union Hotel to everyone I know.

Absolutely amazing! 12/10 recommend. The owners are beyond phenomenal, the staff is so delightful, and the food is delicious! I’ve been several times with a variety of different people and each time we have all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, experience, and service. Our waiter was amazing!!!!!! I loved the fried fish, mashed potatoes with gravy, and the sauce served with the fish is amazing! I can’t wait to go back!

My family and I ate the Union Hotel, on July first. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything!!. I had the build your own burger. WOW!! Seriously the best burger I've had from a restaurant!! I had a taste of my my wife's strawberry salad. The strawberries were delicious, very fresh tasting and very flavorful. Actually the whole salad was perfect. We will definitely be back. It is great to see this old Hotel open again. The people of Everett are very lucky to have this place.

Excellent food and accommodating kitchen! I ordered a strawberry salad, which is usually served with chicken. I asked for salmon, instead, and requested a few other changes. These were happily made. The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the house made Strawberry Vinaigrette dressing was exceptional, the fresh strawberries and mixed greens were amazing. A VERY well balanced salad!
My husband ordered the 'Build Your Own' burger, with the fresh cut fries. He thoroughly enjoyed both. Everett is fortunate to have such a wonderful place to dine!!
