    Missing German food since our trip there in December. Googled to see if there was any place close enough and found Stony Run Inn. So glad we tried it for the 1st time tonight! The inn is pre civil war so the atmosphere was cool, the service was excellent(Robert was charismatic and super helpful), food was amazing, drinks were on point, fair priced, and overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

    Wonderful little Roadside Inn off the beaten path, serving authentic German Food and a Pub Sandwiches. Portions aren't that big, so order some appetizers, and drink a few German Brews. You will be dropping some $$$, so eat slow and enjoy it. Two people, two drinks each, two dinners and strudel, with tip was over $100.

    A quaint little restaurant, great breakfast with a friendly staff. This place was recommended by Dietrich's Meats and well worth going 3 miles north of 78. The food was made fresh and way more than enough. We could have split a breakfast skillet. The waitress was so friendly and made us feel welcome as strangers to the area.
