Best sandwich shop ever! Love their cheesesteaks. They make everything to order, exactly the way you want it, and the wait time is never long. When my doctor had me on a gluten free diet, they were kind enough to put my cheesesteak in a cup! The only downside is that it's cash only, so be sure to stop at an ATM on your way there. It's worth it, because not taking plastic keeps their costs down, and the savings is passed on to you.

It has been about 15 to 20 years since I've been back to v&s. I love the expansion that they did and included a dining room. I had the twin burger and honor of national cheeseburger day. It was just as good as I remembered. Tomorrow we are going back to pick up Italian sandwiches and ham and cheese sandwiches to travel back to Illinois with us. This just proves that you can go home again and have the same Comfort Foods as you remember growing up
