    I believe Esther l y sandwich shop has been open probably close to 30 years. Looks like a small ice cream shop out in the middle of nowhere on the main Highway. The Lyons Topton Highway. It's a little bit away from my home but any time, anytime I'm in the area I always stop in for a cheesesteak. I would rate it as one in the best in the Lehigh Valley or outside of the Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania. I bought a large cheese steak with mushrooms on it. I brought it home and just out of curiosity I wanted to see how big this Cheesesteak actually was. The Cheesesteak itself probably cost $8 if I had to guess. I weighed this cheesesteak on a scale and it weighed over a pound and a half. Hard to eat in one sitting but if you're ever out in the area of to Topton you have to stop there, have to it's a number one Eatery

    The best cheesesteak in 100 miles... But you gotta order it sloppy or at least with extra sauce. The perogies make a great compliment to the steak.
