I'm from Texas and this was my first experience with a real Philly cheese steak. Let me just say I was blown away with the quality of food. Don't pass this place up. The owner was friendly and talked to us. But man, that Philly was so good. Good quality product and worth the money. Can't wait to come back to Reading JUST to eat here again.

Italian was filled with a nice amount of fresh meats...& Cheese ...Fantastic rolls!!!
I liked the Italian sub..but, To me....it was a bit too salty tasting & sorta a slight too much a vinegar taste to the oil.
..I personally like a bit sweeter taste in oils used on hoagies.. but round here in pa dutch a lot like a bit of a vinegar taste... and Italian meats do tend to be saltier type meats.....
I still ......thought it was pretty good though and ate it all... not in one sitting though..... 😆
I am really excited to try the turkey sub and the steak sandwiches !!!

I think with the grade of meat they use ..plus the Very Awesome rolls
I bet they are Super Duper fantastic!!! The store is cute ..neat .. clean..staff are personable and friendly... It's a really refreshing , cool & nice place to make one of your go to order out places... They also have ice cream and Italian ice. Many neat flavors too!!.. I'm definitely going to be getting some Philly ice there soon!! I can't wait to go back....

Definitely better quality than many cheesesteaks in Philadelphia with great price.
Tenderness and umami of the beef will surprise you.
They even gave me minor league baseball tickets.
Can't wait to go again. It's Worth an hour's drive just to eat this.

Tried this place for this first time and the staff and food was great. We tried the loaded tots and regular cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was well seasoned. We will definitely be back.

This IS the JAWN! Must tries: Spenny’s Fries are on point! The chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak (wit) is the best around! Awesome atmosphere and an even better family running the place!
