    The food was good...the salads were great....portion size was very worthy of a healthy appetite....sad that this historical landmark is closed,out of business and being sold as per sign posted on building...will miss it...

    Was in for the 1st. time with my brother. All you could eat clams. Totally Awesome. Loved it and hope to get back again.

    If you are looking for PA Dutch comfort food, look no further. The ultimate offering is a mini meatloaf, wrapped in potato filling, breaded, fried, and served with gravy. I believe they name this the dutch burger, and it is delicious. Quaint atmosphere. Friendly service. Nice menu choices. Banquet facilities available. Outdoor seating and a full bar. A good choice for families as well as date night.

    This is our "go to" place. The specials are fabulous. The wings are the best in Berks. The staff is super friendly. Ben and Jay are wonderful hosts. We love Mrs Hix and her great stories of the good ole days. Just a superb experience. We feel like we are home at Haags!!!

    SUPERB SERVICE - VERY POLITE AND EFFICIENT STAFF!!! WONDERFUL HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP! MEAT LOAF IS GREAT - WELL WORTH ONE'S TIME TO DINE HERE - WE WILL RETURN MANY TIMES IN THE FUTURE!!!
