Red Lobster

As always, Red Lobster is reasonably priced seafood with a pleasant atmosphere. We came last night for my grandparents' 64th anniversary (just a casual dinner), and had a lovely night. The food was delicious, courses were spaced appropriately, and the waitstaff were extremely attentive and nice. They even brought a little dessert (pictured) for my grandparents, which was unexpected but a nice touch.

This particular Red Lobster was amazing! I have to admit that I was never really impressed before. We were pleasantly surprised. Steaks were perfect! Lobster tails perfect! Appetizers and salads right on time. And the waitress and the polite staff working with her reminded me of days gone by. And she was tipped accordingly. You have a great team Berkshire Mall Red Lobster!

This visit was good, but it wasn't great. My shrimp dinner was good and the Lobster Bisque delicious. My wife's dinner was good, but her cream of potato soup was like paste. Our server was ok but we've had better service here before. We will visit again.

My husband and I went for dinner and the wait was long so we decided to eat at the Bar. Brooke and Kyle were amazing and we had a great night out. Normally we would have waited for a table but after this experience we will definitely enjoy bar dining in the future. Food was great and conversation and atmosphere were too! Great experience!

Fried shrimp was definitely the best part of my dish. Alfredo and flounder were both a little bland but not bad. Side dish was very small, a little disappointed with how little mashed potatoes I received. Brownie dessert was also delicious, maybe the best chain restaurant dessert I've had. Waiter was also super nice.
