When we walked in, there was no one at the front to seat people. We waited for a little while until someone came and seated us. The server got our drink and food orders right away. We got both very quickly. The problem was paying the bill. We were told the server was down and being rebooted. After that, we were told the credit card machine was down and they didn't know when it would be back up. We were told we could use the ATM machine, which we did and of course there was a charge.

Food Great! Service...awful. Our server barely acknowledge we were there, it was not busy at all and our server forgot part of the order and then acted like we were bothering him by saying something.

We also sat most of our meal ( wings ) without drinks, our server walked by several times seeing our glasses empty and ignored us, asking 1 time during our visit if we needed anything.

This was our first visit, the servers attitude definitely changed after our order was placed, having years of service experience myself, I really feel like the server preassumed a low check equaled a low tip and treated us according.

Big mistake. Huge!

Whoever owns this store should be proud. I worked in the food industry for over a decade and I can say this store is immaculate. The food is on point, the staff is friendly, the store is clean modern and well maintained. I loved my visit here and definitely would recommend it to anyone.

We came in as a baseball team and their families. The food was good and the service was great. We did wait a long time for our food. The rest of the restaurant wasn't busy so not sure why. They did treat us great otherwise.

What an awesome sandwich place this is. Not only do they stack huge sandwiches a mile high, they also offer generous portions of other bar-like food (e.g. their nachos come out on a whole baking sheet, smothered in toppings). Their app is the best of any I've used for restaurants (I've got about 20) because it always functions and is simply designed. Every $100 spent earns you $10 to spend any way you like there and the rewards can stack up.
