The food was okay, our waiter Josh was great, but don't use the kiosk at the tables because they'll charge you $2 and not tell you. he told me the kiosk said it that it would charge me but when I showed him it didn't I complained and got our $2 back but I have to wonder how many people get charged and don't even know. If you like hamburgers they have a great selection.

Had a really great experience. Went out on a dinner date with my man, and was my first time at RR. Feel bad because I forgot her name, but our server was very friendly and put off a comfortable vibe. Was very helpful with her suggestions and helped us pick out a good dip for our fries. It was a little busy when we went but was still a good atmosphere.

Actually is not a bad place. Endless fries means you get as many sides of fries as you like with no additional cost, which is pretty cool. Not sure what is going on with french fries lately but there must be a shortage, most restaurants I go to literally give you a handful of fries instead of maybe two or three, so the endless fries/sides idea is excellent.

Burger was definitely a frozen patty that was cooked. It was kind of rubbery and stubbornly retained its shape, wasn't anything to brag about in my opinion, it was relatively tasteless. I've had a lot of burgers, even at my local bar, and they probably use frozen patties as well but there must be different grades of patties. In my opinion, red robin was more of a 3/5. There was minimal dressing on the burger/bun, and the bun was slightly dry, could have been countered by adding maybe a spoonful more of mayo. My SO was there and said the burger started to taste like some type of cleaner as she was eating hers, so that's not a good sign either.

The appearance and setting was nice and seemed like the restaurant was very clean, but food quality could be improved.

They have a veggie burger that I SWEAR tastes like meat. Bottomless fries are my personal favorite. ;) They're usually busy whenever we go, but the servers have always been attentive and wonderful!

Great food! My sister and I stopped while traveling through town. We were initially led to a booth that wouldn't work for us, then taken to a table near the bathrooms. They were very crowded with families and people watching sports on the many monitors. But despite that the server was nice and our food was fantastic. We will likely stop there again and just hope it isn't as busy next time we're going through town.
