Bambu Noodle House

Came in there late night, after a show and sat across from the chef.
I had the roast duck noodle soup and vegetable spring rolls.
The spring rolls were done to perfection. Not a drip of grease from them, and marvelously crunchy on the outside.
The roast duck noodle soup came out smelling delicious, and it was scalding hot.
A perfect blend of vegetables, duck, noodles and broth, which actually surprised me, but I was happy that it tasted more like the same dish I get from my favorite noodle house, Sang Kee, than your corner take out joint.

The prices reflect that which you'd expect in a casino, but not out of the realm of affordability. All in all, I thought this is a great oasis in the middle of a "food court" type setting in a busy casino, and would absolutely go there as a destination as opposed to just a place to grab a bite.

Located inside a casino, you expect the quality to be a bit worse, and the price to be a bit higher. However, I am still rating this establishment compared to what it should be. This restaurant is your standard asian restaurant, but everything is considerably marked up. In addition, while the food is usually tasty, all the dishes are extremely salty. Service is adequate.
