Stopped in mid day to check the place out for the first time. The place was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, soft jazz music playing. I sat at the bar and was greeted by Amy who makes an exceptional leeche margarita. I ordered the tacos and curry fried rice off of the happy hour menu and was very pleased with my choice. I plan on going back to try some other things off the menu.
I can only give this place 3 stars. Food was good but not enough to where I would choose to come back to this restaurant with highly priced food. Drinks were pretty watered down (I ordered a Mango Mojito). I highly recommend the Stuffed Shrimp from the appetizer section. It definitely had the most flavor and was cooked very well although I wouldn't pay $17 for only 3 stuffed shrimp again. I ordered the Mango Asian Fusion Entree ($20-$21) but it didn't have much flavor like I had imagined so that was a little disappointing. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well as the decor, as this was the best part of the restaurant. Brightly lit place and you can dress casual or fancy to your choosing. It's a place that you mostly pay for the ambience more than the quality of the food.
Went in for dinner on a Monday night with some friends. We were honestly a little hesitant at first due to the inconsistent atmosphere and overall vibe. We were promptly greeted by heaven who took great care of us.
The food: we had an assortment of appetizers, the crab dip, the corn dip, cheesesteak eggrolls, rock shrimp. All AMAZING. Entrees We’re just the same. We went during happy hour, so the appetizers were cheaper than usual. the prices did seem a little bit high.
We will be back.
Tried this newer establishment and were treated with a delicious meal. It was a total change from the previous restaurant. It was very clean and inviting, the staff was cheerful, and the soft background music was soothing. A large clean bar on the right as you enter and the greeting area was on the left. Marble flooring throughout the restaurant, along with the wide open concept made the volume in the restaurant noisy for us. Windows were dressed up along the front with drapery which elevated the ambiance. New black furniture throughout, large bar where enter and low lighting pretty much everywhere. Quite the upgrade in all areas. We both totally enjoyed the grilled Lobster and Scallop Medley with grilled Asparagus, it was quite delicious. The dessert menu was not that enticing to us so we passed. Our server was unfortunately not the best, which put a damper on our visit, but will not let us ruin our visit to this restaurant. We did enjoy our first visit and expect the level of service to improve as they get more experience. You should try it.
I recently visited this place on a Sunday night. Parking was plentiful. We had reservations and were seated promptly. The interior is fresh looking but rather cold in my opinion. We ordered bottled water and I got a draft Stella. Was served in a metal cup, it was different than I'm used to. Our entrees were very good . I ordered salmon and my wife had short ribs. It was prepared fast. The wait staff are very professional and attentive. I will definitely return to go deeper into the menu.
