Steak And Hoagie Factory

They always treat me well. The tuna Hoagie is great! I'm a regular every Thursday.

I was visiting from out of town and this is always my go to place. I was there on this past Saturday night around 1:45am. It was pretty busy and the employees were doing there best to maintain the orders. It got so crazy busy at one point they had to lock the doors to prevent getting to deep in the weeds. Sadly other customers were unlocking the door or telling the people outside to go around back, which made it hard to keep up with the orders. There was a total of three employees but one was clearly new to the job has he was young and had this deer in headlights look while standing at the fryer.

While one guy cooked everything the other seasoned employer tried to.maintain taking orders, cleaning and ringing people up. There were some customers who were there a little before who did wait a while for their food but it wasn't much longer than me. There were some customers who were making it hard on the guys by mouthing off to them stating they had been waiting for two hours but it wasn't true.
There was also a customer so drunk he couldn't stand up straight who was trying to cause a near riot.

These guys got all.the orders done despite being as busy as they were.
Food was still tasty as always.

Great friendly staff & the best food in town! Cheese steaks made by Nick are the best, my personal favorite!

Great place for a very fresh and tasty hoagie. The Italian is definitely one of the better sandwiches I've had and its good enough that I've become something of a regular customer. Considering how much larger and better the sandwiches are compared to what you'd find at Wawa, they're a better value too.
