The Anchor at The Dublin Inn

We love coming here! The staff is always friendly, sometimes the younger ones can be a bit shy and that’s ok! Everything food wise that we’ve had has been incredibly delicious. Their fries are out of this world delicious! All the bartenders that we’ve had have been very attentive and knowledgeable. Their beer selection is good, especially when they get in the local breweries beer in! It’s a good time if you want to go to the bar, or even have a family meal in the dining area.

I enjoy the atmosphere it was really clean looking. Our waitress was great! Can’t say enough about her. The bartender needs training as to what the different drinks and the colors are. You have Pomegranate Cosmos on your menu which I ordered and my drink was clear! I inquired about the pomegranate and the bartender stood his ground and said all drinks are made with boardroom spirits. I just visited boardroom spirits website and saw the pomegranate mixer, it is red not clear. Your bartender needs training!

We ordered honey hot wings and chili. Everything was tasty. I asked for extra crispy and received crispy. Still delicious. The chili was good, however, the chili had way too much corn. Lose the corn or go with 1/3 the amount and perfection would be served. Bartender was pleasant.

A group of 7 of us stopped in for a family dinner last night at the completely rennovated and recently opened "The Anchor at the Dublin Inn". Everything we ordered from the wings with various sauce selections, cheesesteaks, roast pork sandwiches and other entrees to the cold beers and specialty cocktails were all great. One of us asked for the signature Anchor Burger without a roll and like everything else nothing was a problem for the friendly staff. Ang and Chris make everyone feel like they're special.

This atmosphere is anything you want it to be from a date night, family dinner, girls night out, watching games on any of the 7 big screen TV's to downing shots and beers forgetting a bad day this is a great spot, you won't be disappointed!

The Anchor at the Dublin Inn has quickly been gaining a reputation as an upscale bar and restaurant, and maybe one of the best newly opened culinary experiences in our area. Nestled right in downtown Dublin, this unassuming newly converted bar and eatery surprised both my husband and I last night. The new owners, Angela and Chris have reimagined the local sports bar, and given new life to their establishment with a fresh vision, updated original menus and a warm, elegant, cozy pub ambience. The menu is well selected with choice and quality foods. The meal selections were upscale without paying top dollar price, and the dishes are original, not likely to be found anywhere else but in your own kitchen. The portions were large enough that we couldn’t finish our whole meal. The food was absolutely amazing, everything we tasted melted in our mouths, definitely the best meal we both had in while. The Anchor at the Dublin Inn is sure to become the locals go to destination for great cocktails, food and socializing!!!
