Only ever had bad service here once

I buy coffee and hot coco here frequently since I work in the shopping center at the gym. The cashiers and employees here and super kind and nice. Never had a bad experience.

Their hot chocolate is very very good and I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Their coffee is good and they have always been friendly and kind. That is, until today. Two workers were in the drive thru, hosing whatever down, but kept going even though my mom kept yelling at them to stop; that she was getting wet. The car, steering wheel and herself were soaked; the water even went in her eyes and mouth! Now, I'm no saint, but if I see somebody coming, I stop until their out of the way. And I also stop when somebody is telling me their getting wet; I'm not rude and igorant. Then when my mom got to the window, she told the guy what happened and he just stared at her like she had two heads. Why are all Dunkin Donuts employees always so rude and nasty? If you don't like us then why are you even here?
