Chopt Creative Salad Co.

I built my own and used the Chopt blend lettuce which was fresh and the 4 toppings I chose were as well.
The employee making my salad allowed me to try their three vinaigrette dressings. All good… just a warning- the house vinaigrette has a kick… but is good. I asked for light on the balsamic dressing and the amount was perfect!
The portion size was great. I read another review prior to coming in tonight that thought portion sizes were too small. Not in my opinion. I took some of my salad home.
My daughter had a chicken caesar salad. She said it was great and chicken had a good flavor.
Seating area was clean, open and airy and cool. The outside seating was full sun at 530 pm; bring your sunglasses.

Had high hopes. Pictures of the items looked great. I was willing to pay high price for quality salad! Pictures don't EVER look like actual item, but seriously..... My salad didn't look ANYTHING like what it showed on the menu. Both presentation and taste was subpar! I would rather build my own salad at Mod Pizza if I don't want to make my own. Salads in a bag at the grocery store are MUCH better tasting. Update: I felt bad that my review was gaining too many views and I slammed a new business in town. I adjusted the stars from 1 to 3... All Ingredients were fresh, staff are courteous. Just a lot of greens and not enough of anything else; chicken, shrimp, avocado, etc. I won't go there again, but doesn't mean others shouldn't try and make up their own mind.

The dressings are delicious. The portion was extremely small for the price. Taste was okay. Love the idea but probably won’t be back for the price and portion size.
