The Coffee Cup is a true local gem - family type place, open for breakfast and lunch during week and breakfast on weekends. The owner, Beth, and the staff are friendly, down to earth real people, fun, and very friendly to regulars and newcomers alike. We had been coming here for years, and the freshly made food has always been good and priced reasonably. Now that I work closer near-by, I am able to come here more often. The quaint atmosphere is very nice, the food is always fresh and very good, and the friendliness of the owner and staff make this a great place, whether dining in or taking out. Really good, freshly made, real food - nothing pre-fab or fake here. Good prices. Well worth stopping by.

Coffee is the name and Excellence is their game. If you're looking for Sbucks, it's probably down another street. This is a gem diner for a weary traveler or a hungry neighbor. I started to eat, before I knew it I had to leave a comment on google. The portions are solid and the home flavor is there. The staff is down to earth with in your face personality and character. The coffee even black is perfect, let alone with a little cream and sugar. The menu is simple but full of great choices for breakfast. Stumbled upon this place by accident, but now when in Philly I'll have to stop for a Coffee Cup Cafe Joe.
