Best Pho I’ve ever had. And I lived at 6th and Oregon In Philly for a few years! Ingredients were fresh, and not overly salty. My fiancée had the vermicelli and absolutely loved it. Again it’s all about the ingredients! Spring Summer roll was heavy and had a great peanut sauce. Do yourself a favor and eat here...

It's always good to know that you have a certain type of restaurant that's near your location, and Phi Vietnamese is such a place.
The place is always clean , the food flavors are spot on and always delectable. My son who is the world's pickiest eater, can easily devour their Broken rice with grilled chicken.
On a cold weather , you can never go wrong with their BunBo Hue; spicy but so worth it!.
The portions on their various Pho soup is just right and generous.

An above average Vietnamese restaurant. Clean decor. Nice set up. Covers a wide range of Vietnamese dishes, ranging from Pho to Bun and to Com. Service can be better, and quality of food can be better and more consistent. Would bump up to 4 stars if the food quality is more consistent Our most favorite dish is the vermicelli plate for two, it provides many flavor of grilled meats, to be rolled with assorted herbs and lettuce.

I've had several good meals here however...I had the Bun Bo last night (have had it 3 times here)...and the flank steak was half fatty gristle. The heat in the soup was way down too: both spice & temp ????
Also...the whole place was cold- felt like 65 degree heat setting.
Thank God 4 their wonderful hand-crafted tea! Stunningly wonderful...
