True Blue

I had the Greek salad and the spinach pie. While the spinach pie was very good, it was very different from the (what I'm guessing) Americanized version I'm used to which has cheese in it. This spinach pie has a lemony flavor and was very good. The Greek salad, only having 4 parts- tomatoes, black olive, lettuce and feta, was delicious and plentiful. I contribute that deliciousness to the dressing (Lemonail sauce) they serve with it. I will be buying extra to take home. Will definitely be back to try a gyro.

Every time I visit the Trolley Barn, I swear I’m going to try something else...but then I just end up at True Blue. It’s wonderful to have a great Greek/Mediterranean option here in Quakertown. The woman running the register is very friendly, and the food is delicious!!

I just had a really good falafel, meat pie, and pistachio baklava... I wanna go back and try the cauliflower and baba ganoush

Doesn't have the menu of the Emmaus location and service was on the slower side but it was busy on opening night so that's to be expected. Enjoyed the chicken gyros. We'll be stopping back.
