Maggio's Restaurant, Bar & Ballroom

Maggio’s is one of my children and I favorite place to eat. The food is delicious and if there is something wrong with your dish, management - one manager in particular, Mary, goes above and beyond to make sure our dining experience is of the utmost satisfaction and owner, Sam is quite a looker and so respectful and always accommodates his guests and you can tell he treats his staff with the same respect and the servers, especiAlly Maureen are pleased to accommodate you without making you feel creepy. I have been there for many different occasions; weddings, baby/bridal showers, sweet 16, baptisms.... I honestly have never had a horrible experience or felt dissatisfied. Excellent customer service and bangin food!!!

Attended a dinner held in the event space to the side. Servers were quick, the food was good (slightly salty IMO). The drinks were refreshed as needed, as was the food.

Maggio's has food from sandwiches to Delicious Dinners. They have Delicious Paninis that come with Soup and Salad! Their Dinners are also Very good and everything is reasonably priced. Maggio's has a reward program that rewards You every time You reach $100, gifts for Your Birthday and Anniversaries. They have Really good Pizzas that are 1/2 price on Most Holidays the only catch is that You must pay cash that day.

We always go to your restaurant for birthdays, anniversary, and your new years eve party, but the last time we went we had a bad experience. I was not going to complain. I was just not going back to your restaurant, but I think you should know what happened.. We went for our anniversary and we had a coupon. We asked and were told we could use it. It
was for a free appetizer, which we would not have ordered, but it was free. They gave me the wrong dish and the other people were finished eating by the time I got my meal. I ordered the right dish, but they made the wrong dish. Then they made us pay for the appetizer saying the coupon was no good. So the meal cost us more because we would never had the appetizer if they did not tell us we were getting it free. Since they made the mistake they should never have asked us to pay for it. Your mistake, you lose. We will not be going back to your restaurant as we feel you provided poor customer service.
On a positive note, the waitress was great. None of this was her fault.

I was underwhelmed by the food. I was at a wedding here a couple of years ago and the food was absolutely delicious. Fresh too!!
Yesterday I went for a baby shower. The red potatoes were hard, the steamed veggies soggy and the voka rigatoni was bland. The service was phenomenal however. Maybe it was just an off day. They did have a kids party right in the next room..
