TGI Fridays

Food was pretty good. Our server was friendly and attentive. Nice place to get a bite.

This is the second time I've been to this chain and restaurant and I think I like it. We went on a Friday around 5 so the place was not packed. I wasn't too sure how it worked so when we stepped in I asked the first employee I saw if we could sit anywhere. She said, "what do you mean?" I'm gonna chalk that up to youth. Can we sit anywhere we choose or do we wait for you to seat us? Oh, I didn't know what you meant. So we sat as far away from other people as possible. I do have to give props to our server Joe who was incredible. I've worked in fast food and customer service my whole life so I know when an employee is awesome and that guy is a keeper. He was friendly without being flirty, which is something that some people can't differentiate. He encouraged me to sign up my email for rewards and was courteous and funny. He also did something I've never seen done. He squatted down to speak to me, but not the children. That made me feel taken care of and the children respected so I really appreciate it. The food was very good. We ordered a lot of it! I forgot to mention that an employee who was beginning his shift or back from his break opened the door for us as we were coming in and that small gesture made a world of difference. The chef also came out and asked how everything was and she genuinely seemed to care. That reassured me that if something were wrong she would be able to fix it. All in all, a very good experience. Also, the restroom was nice and clean.

Good food and drinks and service. But too pricey for amounts of food

Great food at a reasonable price. Service is good but there parking lot could use some work.
