I always enjoyed coming to this tavern. It has a cozy farmhouse atmosphere with 2 bar areas and several rooms to sit in. The food is pretty good, with a menu that has fixed items, such as your typical tavern rack of ribs and a good snapper soup, to rotating dishes that change all the time, such as seared scallops and ahi tuna.
The place does get a bit crowded a times, and in those moments service can slow just a bit, but that is to be expected. They sell a decent variety of beer and have some unique items on the menu. Be sure to try out their crispy potato skins.

High quality food-great service. It's a tavern, not a 5-star restaurant. You get what you pay for & I loved my burger-cooked as I asked for it.

Revisited Pineville tavern and had the most delicious cobb salad with superb service. It's my new favorite place to eat.
