Applebee's Grill + Bar

Your typical Applebees located in a busy shopping center. Newer-ish location. Getting out of the location via a light is a little bit of hassle. Bar staff was quick and friendly. Food also came out very quickly.

Great place. Waitress was very friendly and the food was super hot. We were visiting family and so 7 us decided to go here, and everyone was happy with their choice

The restaurant was busy, so I am giving them a huge benefit of the doubt. Went to eat with my children. When the waitress came, I specifically told her that I had limited time, and that I wanted my food as soon as possible, not brought out all together. The waitress told us nothing about the specials, didn't bring my food out when it was done, it was all together, so I had to get it to go. Some items from our order were not brought out at all, and she wasn't not very attentive to us service wise at all. And to top it all off, my daughter received something she didn't order, and when she told the waitress, she brought her the correct food item that was to be included with the meal, but was charged for it. When my daughter brought it to the waitresses attention, she said that she told my daughter the wrong thing, but didn't take it off. Horrible experience, and we won't return to this particular Applebee's Grill + Bar in the future.

Love.love. love Applebee's. We had the greatest waitress. I think her name was Racheal. Super sweet and considerate. We had the combo plate of appetizers and desserts. Delicious
