Katana Asian Fusion

We've gone here after our vacation for the last couple of years. The food is so delicious. Seriously amazing. My very picky fiance looks forward to going here all year. We had a party of 11 people this year. The service was friendly and super fast. Between all of us we probably had 10 different appetizers and 15 different mains. All our food was excellent. Half of us were vegan or vegetarian too and the selection was excellent.

I had the tempura vegetables and mixed vegetables and tofu in brown sauce. Perfect!

Great food with a nice atmosphere! You can't beat the prices too.

So happy this place is in Slippery Rock! The sushi with the jalepeno on top is called the “Fire Island Roll”. I would highly recommend that roll if you like a little spice! The other roll in both pictures is a “crunchy spicy tuna roll”. Also one of my favorites! If you don’t like spicy food, I would recommend the “white tuna avocado roll” or a “rainbow roll”. Both very good as well!

So so good. I love their steak and fried rice. Also, even though I am against them preparing Chinese food because they are a Japanese Restaurant, their wanton soup is divine. (Most of the time) The waitresses are very quick to get you refills and your food comes pretty quickly. It’s a really nice little restaurant.
