Elluinger's Meats

Nice looking place, good location in the downtown Main Street area of a town that gets cuter every time I go there -- and the meat is fresh.
However: The folks running the deli were a bit rough around the edges -- tough to communicate with them -- not sure why, as we all spoke the same language. They charged me $7.99 for a sandwich that was listed on the billboard at $6.99 -- when I brought this up, no apologies, just "the sign's wrong". They give the sensation of not being worried about customers taking their business elsewhere -- they're probably right, for the moment, as the next closest deli is a few miles outside of the downtown area.

The hot sausage sandwich was off the hook good, the peppers and onions were fresh not that nasty canned stuff that alot places use.
The white pizza was smooth and tasty with that beautiful fresh tomato and garlic flavor and a crust that was soft yet firm.
Customer service was on point.

Great place to pick up meat. Now even better is the menu they now offer until 8pm. Their choices are great and the food taste even better. Highly recommend!

I'm a semi professional smoker and know a good quality product. This shop is top notch. I used to drive over a hundred miles one way to get this type of butcher. I've purchased quite a few products from there in the past few weeks. Simply amazing. Don't be afraid to ask for specialty cuts! Everything I have requested has been delivered exceptionally. Skin on pork belly!!!

This is not your Walmart, or Giant Eagle beef... don't be afraid to pay for good meat. I recently bought a prime rib roast from Elluinger's. The meat quality was amazing. really good fat marbling. nice fat cap, nice spinalis. If you plan to make GOOD steaks or good roasts, check out Elluinger's.
