    ALL the Em's stores food and staff are great! I usually visit downtown or Richland which are my favorites. However, I HAVE to share this story! On this past visit to the Richland store, I was trying to order over the phone for pick up and my cell lost service. When I arrived, I ordered my food at the register. Then the staff who was on the phone with me must have realized I was there after seeing my order, came out to the tables check on me and make sure I had my order in correctly! She was very sweet! They were busy and she took the time out to talk to me!

    Used to be exceptional, but now just "good." Not sure what happened, but the bread just isn't what it used to be. I still order when in town, and enjoy it. Definitely a solid choice for a deli-style sub.

    Other than a brief wait (due to peoples love of their food) the Ems experience is delicious. Lots of "extra" delights to add to your yummy meal.
