Keep in mind that it's 2 blocks from my house and the last time I visited you could barely see because of the smoke. The bartender was friendly, the owner said hello, and I stayed for almost 2 hours this time! The wings were probably the largest and juiciest wings I've ever had, and it actually FELT good to be there! Kudos to Jordan and his staff for making Jim's Place one of Windber's best kept secrets since he's taken over. I'd highly recommend stopping in if you're looking for a place to hold a meeting, catch a game (I didn't even realize they played pro baseball in February), or just to grab a quick drink!
