Bowmanstown Diner

If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to eat with a down home vibe, this is it. What sets it apart is the menu, which has a larger selection of home style platters than your typical diner fair. Everything came out of the kitchen hot and in a timely manner, and it was all delicious. Think comfort food. Staff was pleasant too. One drawback would be that it's a little cramped, but I'm inclined to see that as adding to its small town charm. I recommend giving this diner a try.

Really GREAT homemade food from soup to dessert. Chipped Beef is always my favorite go-to. Their omelets are yummy and loaded. They have RC! ALL the menus items are great and make it so hard to decide. So, that's why I chose the chipped beef on Deli Rye and SCRAPPLE! GREAT! My husband had a Western Omelet w/home fries. No dessert today but the deserts are fresh and there's a large variety to pick from. Bring cash though!!! No credit/debit cards accepted by they have an ATM readily available.

Always a great place for comfort food!!! Prices are very affordable, but please bring cash because the do not accept cards. There is an ATM on location just in case. If you want a piece of dining nostalgia give this place a try. Each of the local towns that surround it have cute little shops and the D&L trail is very close. Give it a try!
