Excellent food in a hidden gem. Big selection of beers and wine. Tapas are meant to be shared

I would give this place 10 stars. Most incredible dinner I've ever had. It was the perfect evening for my husband's 50th birthday. It's so quaint and cozy which is good, although there was a very loud, large party which made it slightly less enjoyable. Our waiter was very personable. We ordered the avocado salad, polenta, rice, and scallops. The flavors were to die for! I'd never been to a restaurant that serves a la carte style but it was perfect. I love places like this that open your mind to new food experiences. It's also great to see they didn't change the historic building on the outside. Check this place out and you will not be disappointed. From the outside of this place you would never guess the treasures it holds inside! I wish we lived closer and could go more often

Absolutely delicious! Our waiter recommended the Tuna Tartare over avocado and a wasabi sauce. It was delectable! All the tapas dishes we ordered were great, flavorful and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I can't give this place less than 4 stars because the food and service is so good, the problem I have is that if you have eaten there regularly in the past years the change to the tapas menu is a real bummer, small portions , high prices. I would gladly pay more if they had kept the portion sizes the same. Hoping by now they changed back. After seeing some of the reviews may have been an issue. Will definitely think twice before making the 45 minute drive.

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem, tucked away on a side street of Jim Thorpe, itself a quaint town in the middle of NE Pennsylvania. I would say that any visit to Jim Thorpe should include a visit to Moya. The decor was simple and cute, an atmosphere very fitting for date night, or just a group of friends. The food was delicious, easily better than plenty of places that I've eaten at in NYC. The plates are small and meant to be shared; we ordered 5-6 plates for 2 (polenta, tenderloin, etc) and the price came out to $40/person after tip, very affordable.
