What a perfectly beautiful place! We have been to Jim Thorpe for day trips before but this visit we decided to stay for the weekend. It really has allowed us to get around and see more and we have found a new favorite place in Cafe Arielle and the Stabin Museum. We enjoyed a beautiful March sunny day on the patio with cocktails and appetizers. The food and drinks were great, the artwork is phenomenal, and Victor, his wife and their daughter (our waitress!) all welcomed us like family. What a great gem and we can't wait to be back during even nicer weather! The underground stream incorporated into the design is also so great. We hope to get to sit at that table next to each we are in town!

Very unique and wonderful place. Enjoyed the beautiful bar area. Drink prices are a little high. Did not eat anything. Wonderful gallery.

What a unique experience!! An art gallery, restaurant and bar in a historic factory. The food is fresh and delicious. The décor is the perfect blend of a rustic building frame with modern interior design. The big surprise is the glass box that allows you to see the aqueduct flowing below the building! All designed by the artist Victor Stabin who gave us a personal tour of the museum and showed us his animation film which is not to be missed. You will not be disappointed!

So glad this spot reopened...was formerly Flow, one of my favorite spots. The vibe is rustic cool with original art on the walls. The food is fresh & really tasty. Great specialty coc ktail options. My only suggestion is for more wine options by the glass.
